Facilitating reflection, discovery, and inquiry at Charrette is a powerful and humbling experience. It is a privilege to shepherd such a diverse group of leaders though an experience which both awakes their passion and unlocks new lines of inquiry which will stick with them well past the conclusion of the event.
What was impactful for me is that we were not focusing on necessarily solving the problem but rather trying to better understand them. I had to exercise a different part of my brain and be comfortable with not having concrete resolutions. I also felt the intimate environment was a wonderful opportunity to get to know like-minded professionals. This felt special.
