Vista Cova executed a well run Strategic Planning session. The pre-event survey and data collection facilitated good discussions and the way that the group was broken into smaller groups and then changed up multiple times did a great job of getting all the different perspectives of the attendees incorporated. Vista Cove laid out the flow of the session well so it was obvious to all where the discussions were going and the goal of the overall session. It was interesting to see how Vista Cove manages engagement and different the different points of view of all the talent in the room. Great session to participate in, especially as someone newer to MRAA.
