Charrette was an opportunity to step back and think deeply about the purpose of what we do, and what that looks like in the context of today and the future. You get to do that alongside 20-25 smart, ambitious association professionals. That work is extremely valuable on its own merits, but it’s also a chance to debate, play, laugh, and occasionally get a little vulnerable with that brain trust.
